Purchased my Matag dryer in March of 2021, and the dryer drum stopped working (rotating) May of 2022 motor worked. I called customer repair and they contacted a repair service (Picture Perfect) which came out and indicated the problem was the motor and was covered under the 10year limited warranty. They ordered the part and told me it should take about 10 service days to come in. It is now September 8, 2022 approximately 4 months later and no repair is completed! What is the problem?
I would like to get this resolved ASAP or a new dryer delivered to me!

At the present time I am on hold (35 minutes) AGAIN for service to speak to me. The first time I was on hold for more than 50 minutes and when I tried to explain the problem (admittedly very upset) your representative hung up! Please respond and maybe call me.
