My wife and I purchased several new windows and a pair of sliding doors for our home. All items were delivered and installed except for a single screen door. That was over 18 months ago, still waiting on a refund or the screen door.
Sucks because we need another $20k in windows and now we have to find another contractor.
Our salesperson was Chelsea, buyers beware. Don’t pay the bill until they are done with the work. They played us for fools.
Desired outcome: 1. We would like the screen door we paid for.2. We would like a refund for the screen door that we paid for and never received.
