Phelps315 review: complaint filed against me

My name is Nancy Buchanan and I would like to respond to Kelly Wright's accusations. She bought a puppy from me and said she couldn't drive far so I met her in Hutton Lake so she has never seen my kennels or the way my dogs and puppies are housed and cared for. I sell AKC registered pups so I am inspected every year. She met the pup and said she loved him and took him home. The next day she called me saying that she couldn't keep him cause her landlord would not allow dogs and wanted me to buy the puppy back. I told her I would take the puppy back but I would not refund her money, that she should have checked with her landlord first. Then a few days later her boyfriend left a very nasty message on my machine. I never told her that the pups were wormed by the vet because I worm them myself with Pyrantel at 2 weeks, 4, 6, 8, and 10 weeks and that he wasn't finished to have him checked when she took him in for his 2nd puppy shot. I sent home about 8 pounds of food for her to mix with what she was going to feed him so he didn't get diarrhea. I also told her not to give him treats and such because he wasn't used to them and he could get an upset stomach or diarrhea, pups put every thing in their mouths, and yes I told her that even the change of water could give him diarrhea. I tell every one that because pups can get diarrhea very easily from many things even stress. You claim it took $100.00 dollars to get rid of the worms and 5 meds, well I know vets charge a lot for meds and office calls and I'm not being rude but that was cheep and did it also include his 2nd puppy shot too? I always respond to all calls and emails and have all of here's to prove it including her boyfriends nasty message. I'm not breeding to get rich (because it takes a lot more money breeding sound and healthy puppies then what you make on them.) I care about all my pups I have placed in new homes, and put 8 weeks of love and care into them, I ask every one to let me know how the pups are doing good or bad. I have a lot of people that send me pics and updates of the puppies they get from me so I can watch them grow. Kelly was just mad cause I would not refund her money because of her own mistake. I have been breeding Siberian Huskies for 23 years and will stand behind them if some one is not pleased even if it is not anything I could have done to prevent. I encourage people to come see how all my dogs and pups (when I have them) are taken care of. And to meet the parents and grandparents and even the great grandparents because I keep pups from my litters to continue their blood lines because they have such awesome temperaments, personalities, and are generically sound.
