I had the faucet installed in Nov 2020. In August 2021 it started leaking around the handle.
I have called Pfister numerous times. I press the numbers for English, kitchen faucet and non electric. I can get as far as hearing a tech but they don't hear me. I called their office in CA and I could hardly hear the person talking. She connected me to the help desk again and they still couldn't hear me. I've tried with two different phones. No help. I sent them a message, received a case number but no help.
I want to know how to remove the handle.
It is supposed to have a lifetime cartridge. It seems to be a very short lifetime because it lasted less than a year.
I'm almost to the point where I going to just buy another brand and send this faucet to the landfill.
