P.F.Chang's review: Upgrade of rice which we did not

My wife and I went to P.F.Chang for dinner when we ordered I asked the young lady if rice came with my order she said yes, so I asked what kind of rice came with it she said you can have brown,regular or friedd rice so I chose brown I asked if they had vegetables with rice but we never ordered it when the bill came she said it was an upgrade but how can it be an upgrade if we didn't orderer the upgrade but I paid it anyways I don't think that was correct I should of been told.
