I got in touch with them about it and they sent me a new one in no time at all. I'll be honest, I wasn't thrilled at the idea of having to deal with customer service, but they were pretty easy to work with. Now that I've got everything and have tried it all out, I'm pretty pleased with it. The leave-in conditioner really makes my hair feel nice and soft. It also smells so good. Anyway, all in all, I'd say I'm pretty happy with my purchase and with the folks at Petit Kouraj.
