I took my cat for minor problems. They took the pet behind closed doors (their lab) without my consent, and without explaining what their plan was. They punched the urine bladder of my precious cat, just to sample urine. My cat died from the complications of their ridiculous method: infection, perforation, urine and blood in the abdomen. Besides, they discharged her and charged us around $400 for just one exam and urine sampling, which also included their sale on us of two disgusting Purina canned food pate (one expired), each $19, when the same cans are just $2.70 in the pet food stores. They are senseless brutals, all is about money. Don't visit, let their business sink.
