Received an email from pet mountain company today. It said $10 off and free shipping.

When I entered the code TREAT it gave me the $10 off but not the free shipping.

At the bottom of the email it says free shipping on orders $49+. When I was checking out it says free shipping on orders over $75.

I am very confused all of your information in my email must be incorrect but when I called your customer service they said that they cannot change prices. Well incorrect emailed information should be honored I believe.

Desired outcome: They should honor there mistaked

August 22, 2023, Pet Mountain sent me a defective light unit with a used bulb (dark bands on ends)- neither worked. I called Pet Mountain and learned of their irritatingly inconvenient return policy. I guess I eat $60, an expensive lesson learned : NEVER ORDER FROM PET MOUNTAIN AGAIN ! Shipping took super long only to be totally dissatisfied.
