Peryea Silver Taylor Law Office review: Eviction letter from the law office

This law firm is ill advising the Park Meridian Condominium Association and is operating unethical legal practices.

This law firm continues to make false statements about my tenant and the situation. There is no just cause for me to evict my tenant. Without informing the PMC Association about the just cause eviction rules, the lawyer Mary B. Reiten continues to waste the PMC HOA funds by creating work for herself and profit from this situation. Reiten's letter says that if I do not evict my tenant in the next 30 days, she will file a unlawful detainer complaint in the court.

I responded to them today stating that I do not have the just cause to evict her. I can't attach the letters here since it is not a photo or video.
