I gotta say that my experience with Personalized Witch wasn't the greatest but it wasn't the worst either. When I ordered a poster from them, I was told it was shipped but I never received it. I tried to contact the company about my missing order but they never seemed to get back to me. I also had trouble with the tracking number they gave me - it turned out to be wrong. To make matters even more frustrating, I couldn't get through to their phone number - it was constantly busy.

After all this time, I finally received my poster. I have to admit that it's pretty cool and I like it a lot. But the hassle I had to go through to get it was not worth it. I don't think I'll be ordering from Personalized Witch again - their customer service needs some serious improvement.

I placed an order on December 6th at Personalized Witch and they promised it would arrive around mid-December. However, I had to wait until January 4th to finally receive my package. When I checked the tracking information, I noticed that it was shipped from China and held up at multiple locations. I wasn't very hopeful about the quality of the product as I read some negative reviews before ordering. In fact, I haven't even opened it yet. I tried to ask for a refund, but my request was completely ignored. Let me tell you, this whole experience seems shady as heck.

I recently purchased a personalized tervis cup from Personalized Witch website a week prior to Mother's Day. However, I am quite disappointed to say that till May 15th, which is already 20 days after my purchase, I still have not received my order. I was very shocked to know that the product was being shipped all the way from China, despite the company showing itself as based in the USA.

The worst part? I reached out to the company thrice to enquire about my order and they did not provide a proper response. All they said was that the item had been shipped. Overall, my experience with Personalized Witch has been terrible as I have not received what I ordered even after 20 days has passed. I would suggest people to tread with caution while making a purchase from any unknown site in future.

All in all, I wouldn't really recommend this website to my friends or family. Maybe they have some cool stuff, but the customer service is lacking. And honestly, with all the spelling and grammar mistakes on their website, it doesn't exactly inspire a ton of confidence in their products. Save yourself the disappointment and shop somewhere else.

So, I don't know what happened to my order but it was totally bonkers, man. I mean, I was expecting five items from Personalized Witch and only two of them fit me right. Isn't that just a drag? Just wanted to share my experience with Personalized Witch. I ordered a Christmas sweater on December 5th for my party on the 22nd. Unfortunately, I didn't have a great experience with them. Their communication is just like talking to a brick wall. I tried reaching out to them via email multiple times and each time they just sent me the same message over and over again. It was like they were a broken record or something!

But, that's not even the worst part. I still haven't received my product as of December 30th. Yep, you read that right. Almost a month later and still no sweater. And to make matters worse, they haven't even bothered to communicate with me about the status of my order. It's like they don't care about their customers or something.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. If you're looking for good communication and reliable shipping, you're better off looking elsewhere. It's a shame, because I was really excited about my sweater, but now I just feel like I wasted my money. I guess if you're okay with burning your money, then this is the company for you. But for everyone else, I'd recommend looking for a different retailer.

I recently had an experience with Personalized Witch and thought I'd share my thoughts. My young son had saved up his own money to buy me a sweater for Christmas, and after some searching, he discovered Personalized Witch. He was so excited to order the perfect gift for me.

He placed the order a month before Christmas, giving plenty of time for it to arrive before the big day. However, it didn't show up until a month AFTER Christmas. This was a bummer, to say the least.

To make matters worse, when I finally received the garment, it was clear that it was cheaply printed and the sweatshirt itself didn't stretch. It was unwearable - a big disappointment for both my son and me.

To address the issue, I contacted the customer service team at Personalized Witch. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with was really difficult to work with. They claimed the warehouse was located in another country, and therefore, it would take a lot to ship. When I pointed out that their own website indicated that the warehouse was actually in the L.A. area, they didn't have a good response.

They eventually offered to give us a partial refund of $15 for the $40 sweatshirt. That didn't seem fair, and I told them so. After some back and forth, they refused to continue communicating with me.

Overall, I had a really terrible experience with Personalized Witch. I understand that mistakes happen, but the unresponsiveness of their customer service team was completely unacceptable. I won't be doing business with them again and would caution others against using their services.

So I ordered from Personalized Witch a while back and I wasn't quite impressed with my purchase. I had ordered what was advertised as an "Ugly Sweater" for the holidays. But after waiting over a month for my order to arrive, I was quite devastated with what I received. It was a cheap $5.00 t-shirt, which looked like a cheap painted sweater. I immediately contacted the company to request a refund or exchange as it wasn't what I ordered.

The customer service representative informed me that it was one of their best sellers and they're sorry that I wasn't happy with my purchase but they wouldn't be able to refund me. It took several emails back and forth before I was fed up and finally had to contact PayPal directly. They requested that I return the item to China in order to receive a refund, which added insult to injury as the item was initially advertised as shipping from the Midwest of the US.

After I shipped the item back to China at the cost of $26, my refund was only around $17, which I didn't find to be fair. Not to mention the fact that I was ripped off by this company with false advertisement! I have since then filed a report with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

I still haven't heard back from the company about my refund and it's really frustrating. I would not advise anyone to purchase from this company unless you want to be ripped off. What was advertised as a sweater was a $5 painted t-shirt. Save yourself the trouble and don't make the same mistake as I did. Beware!

So, I ordered a witchcraft kit from Personalized Witch (personalizedwitch.com) the other day and let me tell you, it was a bit of a rocky start. I received an email saying it had been shipped and naturally, I got excited. But when I went to check the tracking number, it said it had never been shipped at all! And to top it off, I sent three separate emails to their customer service and didn't hear anything back. Not gonna lie, I was starting to get a little frustrated at this point.

But, as it turns out, the kit did eventually arrive (phew!) and I have to say, it was pretty cool. It came with all sorts of personalized items like an engraved wand and a spell book that had my name on it. It definitely added a unique touch to my witchy endeavors.

All in all, while the shipping and customer service experience was a bit of a let down, I have to give props to the quality of the kit itself. It was definitely worth the wait and I'll still probably order from Personalized Witch again. Just maybe with a little less expectation in the shipping department.

ok So I checked out this website called personalizedwitch.com and tbh it was not good. the products were not great and the customer service was nonexistent. I also got some spammy texts from them which was annoying. I'm not saying they're a total scam but I wouldn't recommend spending any money there. Save your peace y'all.
