Perone Rehabilitation / John and Marina Perone also as advanced bowen.com promised me a discount on CD tapes and a download to buy the course right now.
I did make the purchase of $2220. CAD thru Paypal. 14 days later I wrote to them and filed a complaint with PayPal as I had not recieved even the promised download. I then got an e-mail with the "instant download" instructions. This company then asked my to get rid of my complaint with PayPal. I told them that I would gladly do that upon reciept of the second half of my purchase which is several CD's they promised as part of the course.
Suddenly, they gave me a full refund through PayPal and told me I would now have to pay full price. (apparently the CD's were never mailed. This is a very odd way of doing business.

"This complaint is misleading and false. The complainer did not send $2220.00. The DVD package he purchased was $220.00, discounted down from $495.00. Furthermore, he was informed that due to a large quantity of orders from the promotion we had, there was going to be a few week delay in processing all the orders. He did receive the downloadable content from us, and we can confirm this occurred because each download link is specific to the purchase and we can confirm when and by whom the download is made, therefore this portion of his complaint is also inaccurate. After 2 weeks the complainant became offensive and belligerent. We decided to refund his money in full and not deal with him any longer. He got to keep the download contents for no charge.
