Perodua Service Setapak review: FR absorber leaking and no spare parts

1) 27/08/2022 I send my car for service at Perodua Batu Pahat. Everything was okay just only my Fr Absorber leaking. They suggest to replace it and I agreed. The officer make an order quotation and advice me to repair in KL (because I stay in KL and that time service was in hometown)

2) 29/08/2022 went to Perodua Setapak for make a repair booking.

The officer told me the spare parts not in stock and have to order. I agreed and pay the full amount for parts. She said the items will be in 2 weeks and give me a call.

3) Until now almost a month waiting my parts from HQ. Two times make a phone call and the officer cannot give me an answer when the parts will be arrive.

4) Everyday I have to travel with my kids and I dont feel safe with the car condition now.
