Hello! I was just hung on after a 30 minute conversation with someone who wasn't able to even assist me with this matter...
I need to speak to someone regarding my HVAC purchase please.
1. The $10K purchase which included lifetime warranty on outside compressor was to be in both my name and my nephews name as I am very sick and the rep Nathan Gurney of Performance Air guaranteed me there'd be no problem YET he never put it in my nephews name.
2. Initially when comparing units he provided me with the compressor # ASCZ0160361 to match the competitors quote; he then mentioned and "we have all our parts in stock". I then agreed as it seemed like a good deal- providing my nephews name was on invoice- which I have in writing he guaranteed. When I got registration it did not have his name on it. And the Unit # is ASX160371 NOT THE ONE i BASED MY DECISION ON!
3. They never properly hooked up the UV germ/ wifi dehumidifier system as they came out in January and IT was finally decided the unit was never HOOKED UP!
4. Due to my current health status I am requesting that I be reimbursed the $4k for the "lifetime" warranty on outside compressor as I don't have a lifetime to benefit from it!
5. The sales rep, Nathan Gurney, insisted I send him my signature- which was for a NOC that I never received but I di comply with his request. This company has taken complete advantage of a disabled person and that happens to be me.
Desired outcome: I want $4k back for lifetime warranty I would've never purchased for myself and the 10 year parts -part of this sale put into the future owner of my home's name.
