Pella Screens review: Can’t get repairs or replacements

Our whole house has Pella windows with built in blinds and Pella screens. The house was built in 1986 and I realize that was 36 years ago. However, Pella cant or wont repair or replace anything now. When we chose Pella all that time ago, Pella enjoyed a very good reputation and we thought we were going to be able to rely on Pella to keep our windows in good shape for evermore. Now I don’t know what we can do — we’re just out of luck because Pella abruptly decided they wouldn’t keep making replacement parts for anything made before 2002.

I don’t know if any warranty means anything anymore, but people certainly cant count on Pella! All we need is two new screens because the corners broke. Seems simple enough, but Pella said no can do.
