This new system of putting your liquids in a clear bag Pearson provides is absolutely ridiculous. Last I checked 1000ml equals 1ltr. And if you are packing toiletries or any liquids 100 ml was the standard max you could carry in luggage. Now each passenger is only allowed one bag and you're lucky if you could fit maybe 3 100ml bottles or if it's aerosol cans 2. Make the bags bigger or allow 10 items which equates to 1ltr as specified as the max. If you are transiting passengers or god forbid get delayed or stuck at the airport. You have limited toiletries to use. This is complete BS. For the exorbitant fees you charge, you sure make things difficult for your travelers. Do better Pearson rule makers. People travel for their metal health and travelling through Pearson just allevates your stress levels. Not a very happy traveler. Very disappointed in the service received by your security personel. Customer Service level needs to be higher.

I would like to be contacted on this matter. golwala.[protected]@yahoo.ca

Unhappy Traveler,

Desired outcome: Better training for your security personel on the rules and regulations. If liquids have to equal no more then 1ltr, that is 10 x 100 ml allowable items per passenger.
