I have requested several times for PDQ Services to remove Alden Ridge Apts in the amount of $2, 474 from my Trans Union credit report. I have spoken to Derek Shaw @ 678.569.2900 (collections dept.) and left messages on several occassions but a request still has not been submitted to Trans Union to remove this item. This item was disputed to Trans Union it keeps coming back (verified, no change) meaning Mr. Shaw refuses to submit the request for removal. Acct# 205163
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Pdq sent me a letter saying i owe $1600 on a past debt .
when in fact i only owe $200 .
for a company that's been around for supposed 18 years .
they obviously do not collect the correct info before harassing you.
I'm going to file a complaint about them to the better business bureau
I to have spoken to Derek Shaw on two occassions reqarding a satisfied debt. And, he's refusing to report to TransUnion and Experian that the debt is satisfied/and paid in full.
