I made a purchase from the PC Link Shop website on 2 Feb '22. When I enquired about the delivery on 24 Feb '22, I was informed that the suppliers do not have stock and they would refund my R1269. Since then I have sent numerous emails and only received 2 emails (almost identical) stating that they will follow up with the accounts department and will get back to me as soon as possible. No names are sent with the emails, only "Support agent". Telephone numbers only direct you to send emails.
Desired outcome: Please refund
