May 2025: Order was received but I made a request for an exchange in June, mailed June 14, 2025, following the provided instructions. To date, August 4, 2025, have not received the exchange as requested, no correspondence, or refund, if the exchange could not be made and therefore, I have nothing for the amt ($71.05) paid in full to Paula Young.
