May 2025: Order was received but I made a request for an exchange in June, mailed June 14, 2025, following the provided instructions. To date, August 4, 2025, have not received the exchange as requested, no correspondence, or refund, if the exchange could not be made and therefore, I have nothing for the amt ($71.05) paid in full to Paula Young.
Wig was Adelaid Item #A1020 - color 18B A - wanted it exchanged for in color 30. I keep waiting patiently, but no response.
Claimed loss: Would like the wig or a refund $49.99 + sales tax $5.12, less P&H $13.99 and Delivery Surcharge $1.95
Desired outcome: Wig, I requested to be exchanged was Adelaide for another color or a refund that is due.Adelaide Avg, color 30 or Refund $55.11, which is less than the total amount charged.
