Isla wig is on sale and featured in the Angel Wings color.
I call and poor English speaking clerk says the color is no long available.
I said, hire can this be since it's featured in the new catalog I just got today?
She just repetated herself.
What is with this company since they were bought out and who bought them out n moved from wi to the east coast!?!
They are absolutely horrible in customer service dept!
Hire CLEAR ENGLISH SPEAKING PEOPLE AND
DROP THE SO CALLED "safe delivery fee" that's only a USELESS EXTRA CHARGE TO THE CUSTOMER!
I've never had issues with a "lost wig" and there's NO NEEDED FOR ANY EXTRA FEE, it's just a added profit for the company.
I am done. I have received Amazon wigs that are just fine and Paul Young is going into the garbage bin, literally. I wonder hire many loyal women customers that have lost since the company sold out...
