Paul Mitchell the school of Nashville is a SCAM! It started with me wanting to start the esthetician program. I was talked into doing the cosmetology program, as I was told I would learn everything. FALSE! Just another way to get more money! I am about to graduate and I still don't know how to properly formulate, Only Phase 2 students get the education and products they need to satisfy their clients who are charged more than phase 1. There is a curriculum on paper but it is NEVER implemented. We do not learn anything for nails or for esthetics. We literally just get our boxes signed as if we have did the hours or work, but have not. I have taken out living expense loans and haven't received all of my checks, and had to go on leave due to hardship, which my living expense checks were suppose to take care of that. I have dealt with so much hostility, retaliation etc from instructors. I have brought these issues to the dean and I was told that he bets he can prove on paper to the board that curriculums are being implemented even if they are not and the reports for hostile environment or retaliation was not documented and knows nothing about such incidents. We have an extremely high turn over rate for instructors, we can never seem to keep any instructors or staff. I enrolled in school feeling confident and determined to feeling discouraged and mentally drained.

Desired outcome: All monies to be refunded and to be used for esthetician course.
