Paul Gerber Auto Sales review: Not correct sale of car [protected]

Answered a Facebook marketplace ad for a 2008 Chey Colbalt for, 3990. Upon arriving at dealership, I told to speak to a specific person. This person stated that I was lucky because I got the special price for the not full price which was, 4490.

Received a purchase agreement to take to my bank to get finance. My bank said no. Now this purchase agreement had the price of the car, 3988. We gave 100. Deposit and they added a 59., fee. This was on 2/25/22.

When I called my salesperson back, he stated they could try to get me financed through their company. Received a call back asking was I going to put anymore down on the car. I told him yes I could do another 1000., which would make the price 2899., he agreed.

On March 3rd, I was going over my paperwork and found big discrepancies on their part. I was told that I had to have a warranty and that was the only way I was going to get the car financed. The price of the car was, 4490. With warranty and 17.99 finance fee. Which some made the total sale 8,079 minus the 1100., deposit we put up which make the total payments 6979.50.
