Patton's Renovations and AC review: Poor service and non completion of job

I have a home warranty and on December 1,2022 I notified them about a heating problem. They, in turn, assigned Patton's Renovation and AC to come out and diagnose the problem. They came on December 2, 2022 and said the problem was the blower motor. Mr. Patton removed the blower, called the warranty company, and said they would replace it. I gave him the copay of $45. He accepted the job and said he would order the part and be back to replace it. It took two weeks to get the part in, which I understood, and said that his technician Randall would install it; since he was going on vacation. Never heard from Randall. When he returned from vacation, another appointment was made, but not kept. This time it was a dispute with the warranty co about his payment. The warranty company said that his payment was accepted and scheduled another appointment, which was never kept. Yet again tried to get him to come and install the motor, appointment mad but never kept, Finally another company was assigned and they took care of the problem in three days.

Mr Patton was not dependable or truthful about keeping appointments. I would not recommend using his company.
