Patriot Warranty review: Never pay claims - not reputable company!!!

I filed a claim with Patriot Warranty on Sept 7,2021 for $725.95. They argued that the Harley Davidson part was not an electrical item covered even though Harley Davidson, who is the expert, stated it was electrical part and covered per the Patriot Warranty. I submitted on October 5, 2021, all the receipts showing I paid $725.95. After discussions and debate with them they agreed to pay $500. I sent an email on December 7, 2021, to Mr. J Bennett, Patriot Claims representative to get status of the agreed $500 payment, NO REPY! In January 2022 I spoke to Mr. J Bennett on the phone about this claim that was submitted in September 2021. Mr. Bennett informed me a check had been sent in October. I told you I never got any check. Mr. Bennett stated he would contact Finance Department at Patriot to cancel the check and have New Checked issued immediately. I sent Mr. Bennett and email on February 22, 2022, stating it had been 6 weeks since he and I spoke in January and still NO check, of course Mr. Bennett DID NOT RESPOND to my email (I have copies of email correspondence). I have called multiple times and left phone messages and NO RESPONSES!

Obviously, Patriot Warranty is NOT A REPUTABLE company believes in Customer Satisfaction and Response. Below is the information on my claim number and date of submission. IT NOW HAS BEEN 5 MONTHS WITH NO CLAIM CHECK.

I understand from other Patriot Warranty customers they have similar problems. If this is the case the Better Business Bureau should post NOT TO DO BUSINESS with Patriot Warranty

Desired outcome: PAYMENT OF $500 OR FULL REFUND OF POLICY PREMIUM $1180 FOR MY PLAN HAVE WITH PATRIOT WARRANTY
