Patelco Credit Union review: Auto loan
I made two payments on my auto loan two days apart on the same month. They reversed my second payment and then charged me a “service fee” for the same amount of the payment. Then reapplied my payment and then charged me a second “fee” which was the amount of the payment. I’ve been trying to call to ask what it’s all about and every time a call, they say their operating hours are 7am-7pm and that they are closed, even though I called during operating hours twice. I can’t seem to reach anyone to understand what’s going on with my account.
Desired outcome: I would like to speak to a representative and get an explanation on the charges and get them reversed so my account can reflect all payments that were made.
