Pat Murphy Electric, Inc review: Paid for service that was not done

PAT MURPHY ELECTRIC:

Description of Complaint: On April 1, 2013 I called Pat Murphy Electric about my three bedrooms had loss my electric, ( David) came out and told me that all my bedroom was on one breaker and he suggest that I put the two small bedroom on one breaker together and the master bedroom on one by it self and it would cost me 450.00, So on December 31, 2014 (Joshu, Rick, ) came out about 9:00AM and was finished at 1:00PM, So I paid 450.00, Thinking that they separated my bedroom, On December 17, 2015 I plug my Christmas tree in and everythings in all bedrooms when out again, I when over to the Office of Pat Murphy Electric, Inc here in Knoxville, Tn. on December 18, 2015. To tell them that somethings is wrong because everything when out again in my home, The guy at the front desk pulled the work order and stated that My stuff was still under warrant and I told him that they was to separated my bedrooms and he stated maybe they didn't understand, So this other guy come out to my home and token the outlet apart and told me that it not under warrant and it would cost 198.00 to fix, I told his no that I would get another company to fix it. I called the guy at the front desk, He did nothing just saying it was a miss understood. So after I filed a complaint Pat Murphy Electric, Inc, That is when Robert called me stated that he would come out and fix it for free and I should have talked with him, I inform Robert what happened and I didn't trust doing business with them any more, Robert stated that someone else would call me back the next day. Robert asked how much the other guy would charge, I told him 500.00 dollars, Robert stated that was too much, I told Robert, I paid Pat Murphy Electric, Inc 545.00 for the same job and it was not done. So the Next day I block the number off my phone, Because there is nothing we can talk about, Just give my money back, Because this other electrician came out and split my two small bedrooms on a breaker alone and Master bedroom on one alone.I paid 500.00 dollars.


