Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention that the air conditioner (AC) in our room (Room No. 534, A Wing, 5th Floor, Tagore Bhavan C) has not been working since the beginning of the new hostel session. It has been more than 20 days, and despite our patience, the issue remains unresolved.

Due to the ongoing heat and humidity, it has become extremely uncomfortable to stay in the room, especially during the day and night. We had expected this issue to be addressed promptly, but unfortunately, there has been no resolution or update so far.

We kindly request you to take immediate action and ensure the repair or replacement of the AC unit as soon as possible. A prompt resolution would be greatly appreciated for the well-being and comfort of the students residing in the room.
