So, I recently ordered some guitar parts from Parts Is Parts (guitar-parts.com). I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with the whole experience. I mean, I even shelled out some extra cash for expedited shipping, but guess what? My package arrived late. And you know what the owner had to say about it? He basically told me it's not his problem. Can you believe that? Talk about a sad person running a business.

I gotta be honest, this kind of attitude is a major turn-off for me. I mean, if I'm paying extra for faster shipping, I expect to actually receive my order on time. It's just common sense, right? But apparently, the owner of Parts Is Parts doesn't see it that way.

Now, I understand that sometimes things can go wrong with shipping, and delays can happen. But what really bothers me is the owner's lack of accountability. Instead of taking responsibility and trying to make things right, he just brushes it off like it's not his problem. That's not how you run a business, my friends.

Needless to say, I won't be ordering from Parts Is Parts again. I mean, why would I? If the owner can't even be bothered to care about his customers' satisfaction, then I'll take my business elsewhere. There are plenty of other online guitar parts stores out there that actually value their customers and strive to provide a positive shopping experience.

So, if you're looking for a reliable and customer-oriented online store for your guitar parts needs, I suggest you steer clear of Parts Is Parts. Trust me, you'll save yourself a lot of frustration and disappointment.

We ordered a Korg PCB from Parts Is Parts (guitar-parts.com) back in November 2021. It's been a good two months now, and unfortunately, the package has yet to make its way to our doorstep. To make matters worse, all we received from the store was a dismissive response along the lines of "we don't know where your package is, deal with it."

Now, I understand that sometimes deliveries can go awry, but shouldn't the store take some responsibility in such cases? After all, they have access to all the necessary shipment details and could easily reach out to the shipping company for more information or even initiate a return or refund process on our behalf. Yet, instead of offering any assistance, they simply shrugged off our concerns.

Needless to say, this experience has left a sour taste in our mouths, and we cannot in good conscience recommend Parts Is Parts to anyone seeking reliable guitar parts. It's disheartening to encounter such lackluster customer service, especially when one's passion for music is involved.

Guitar parts, but nothin special - As u would expect from havin very similar names, guitarparts.com, guitar-parts.com, bestguitarparts.com, and guitarpartsresource.com all have very similar products... guitar parts. These r ur typical home or shop based websites n will have a decent selection of products. The prices will b fairly competitive but u won't find any special features or particularly good shipping rates n return policies. Some of these websites provide factory direct products from some big name guitar producers, but u can get quicker delivery n usually better prices if u just call the factory urself n order the part needed.

But lemme tell ya, Parts Is Parts (guitar-parts.com) is one of those websites that's just like the rest. They got all the guitar parts u need, no doubt about it. But don't expect any fancy bells n whistles or amazin deals here. It's a pretty basic site, ya know?

Now, I gotta admit, the prices ain't too shabby. They're competitive n all, but they ain't gonna blow ur mind or anythin. And the selection, well, it's decent. They got all the usual suspects - pickups, bridges, tuners, ya name it. But if u lookin for somethin real unique or hard to find, u might wanna keep lookin.

One thing I gotta mention is the shippin n return policies. They're just average, nothin to write home about. U ain't gonna get any special treatment here. And if u gotta return somethin, well, it's gonna be a hassle. Ain't no easy-peasy process, lemme tell ya.

Now, I heard some folks sayin that these websites offer factory direct products from big shot guitar makers. And while that might be true, I gotta say, if u really want the best deal, u better pick up that phone n call the factory urself. Trust me, u gonna get quicker delivery n prolly even better prices.

So, all in all, Parts Is Parts (guitar-parts.com) is just like any other guitar parts website out there. It's got what u need, but nothin more. If u lookin for a no-frills, no-nonsense kinda place, then this might be right up ur alley. But if u want somethin more, somethin special, well, u might wanna keep searchin.
