Parkers and Simpson review: Quality of product

We have been buying Parker and Simpson 15g pouches for a number of months now but are increasingly dissatisfied with the amount of tobacco dust we are left with at the bottom of the pouch.

We live simply and often do not use filters, whereby we end up chewing most of our smoke as it gets sucked through the rollie we've tried to make with it. I'd extimate we are losing around 3 grams per pouch. That really adds when we buy 3 pouches each week.

Is there some sort of quality control that keeps a watch on these things and do you have this complaint often from other purchasers? Is there another tobacco brand that you might suggest at all?
