Parcel2Go.com Mobile phone £400 posted and lost. No return of the amount.

I sent a Mobile Phone worth £400 with tracking next day. Evri had lost my parcel and told me to contact Parcel2Go as I found the deal with them. I contacted Parcel2Go and they literally said sorry there is nothing we can do. I explained I am struggling financially and really need the money as I was selling the phone to get myself a few things for my house but they just didn't care. I threatened them with letting the newspapers know what they had done and they just didn't care. They really did make my life hard and affected my mental health extremely also never refunded or respected me in anyway. I hope nobody ever has to go through what I did.

Parcel2Go.com Not refunding or even responding to my claim for damaging my item

I sent my parcels through P2G and paid for the delivery along with an extra charge for insurance in case the package gets damaged. This was on the second of March 2023, and now it's been over a month with no updates or communication from them. I even called the company who received the package, asking about the refund, but they claimed they haven't received anything from P2G. It was only then that I discovered my package had indeed been damaged.

I tried to contact P2G about the issue, waiting on hold for 20 minutes to finally get through to them via text. They instructed me to send all the necessary information and details through their email, which I promptly did. Despite that, another month went by, and I heard absolutely nothing from them.

Frustrated and concerned, I decided to reach out to P2G again. Their response was disheartening as they stated that my claim was being denied due to a lack of evidence showing that the package had been damaged. However, the tracking number on the receipt clearly indicated the damage during transit.

I sent all the required information once again, but even after another month, I have received no response from them. This level of negligence and lack of customer support is beyond disappointing and unprofessional.

I feel utterly let down by P2G's handling of my case and the complete lack of communication. It is unfair that I paid extra for insurance, yet they are unwilling to acknowledge the damage caused to my package and process my rightful claim. This entire experience has been frustrating and disheartening, and I hope that P2G takes accountability for their actions and provides a resolution soon.

Desired outcome: they should hold responsibility and refund the amount and value of item

Parcel2Go.com Delivery service

I sent a parcel for delivery from the UK to South Africa. This package was collected on 07/10/2022. For the weeks after that there was no update in tracking and it remained showing as “in transit at delivery hub”. I followed up daily with customer service only to be told to wait for an update. Now on 25 October 2022, I have been informed my parcel is lost. Just like that, with no explanation. This is completely and utterly unacceptable to lose a parcel as a delivery service with no explanation. Abysmal service.

Parcel2Go.com Lost Parcel

1. I entered into a contract with P2G to deliver a package .

2. The package was covered for £20 compensation.

3. P2G failed to deliver the package to the correct address.

4. P2G asked for information that is contrary to the regulations of GDPR. Copy signature of person accepting delivery.Difficult when I have no idea where they delivered the parcel. Then they ask for copy of my bank statement to prove the item was paid for. Do they think I send empty packages in the hope they loose them so i can claim

5. My customer is not willing for me to provide the bank transaction showing their details.

5. P2G in my opinion is in breach of contract.

DO NOT THINK YOU ARE COVERED FOR COMPENSATION WHEN P2G FAIL TO DELIVER/DAMAGE PARCEL.

They will use delaying tactics, ignore you and now even say without bank statements reject your legitimate claim.

Think carefully before buying a service from these.

Parcel2Go.com Golf bag delivery

Booked the delivery via Parcelforce Worldwide PFW5576678, but the golf bag was never delivered. Filed a complaint with Parcelforce, still open. Then VALENTINA IDINI from Parcel2GO got in touch (Parcelforce Worldwide PFW5576678 | Parcel2Go.com Case ID:2503611 : 5576678) and sent some pictures of a black Taylormade travel bag with a H2NO blue bag inside (orange zips) they had found in one of your depos (Store ID/Location: 205035), asking whether it was mine. I said it was but have not heard back since.

Desired outcome: Bag to be delivered ASAP to the shipping address: Flat 2, 11 Draycot Place, London SW3 2SE as I am no longer at the address it was meant to be delivered to

Parcel2Go.com Delivery

Delivery was made for P2G107137803 on 23rd of Sept 2022, but item was completely destroyed and the item was barely usable. It had a fragile sticker on it, yet the item was cracked, all the sections were cracked and split.

The item cost value is £80 an its now not usable. The parcel2go site is so unfriendly and information overload which is really hard to digest, an now saying that minimum compensation is £20. That's not on and I feel its misguided information.

Desired outcome: Full refund for value of item and delivery money back

our company booked in and paid for a collection through Parcel2go with UPS on 12/8/22 for four boxes of our product to be couriered to our new agent in the USA. Collection was arranged for 15/8/22. UPS scanned and collected the four boxes on 15/8 and no further info was received nor is anything available from either Parcel2go tracking (ref P2G105947923) or UPS tracking 1ZE432R20499249815

Parcel2go is impossible to reach via their platform.

Desired outcome: find the missing parcels and deliver them and refund my costs

Parcel2Go.com Parcel lost and claim closed with refusal to refund me even though they agreed and then changed their minds

On the 26th July I sold 2 speakers on eBay. I purchased my postage through parcels2go website and included insurance to the purchased value.

The parcel according to the tracking was delivered on wed 3rd August at 10.25am. There is a full tracking history on collectplus website under tracking number 8XVTH1144867A002. This was the number on the barcode label and it was handled by yodel.

The customer messaged me and said it did not arrive and asked for a POD so I opened a case with parcels2go who emailed me on the 5th August with an offer for full refund including postage. I accepted. I checked the status of the refund this morning and discovered that the claim was now closed and refused the reason was that the parcel is being returned to me.

Now this parcel according to tracking was delivered but somehow they are now saying it's being returned but there is no proof of this on the tracking, no explanation for delivery status so the fact it says delivered is being ignored and now it's vanished but I won't be reimbursed.

Desired outcome: I would like a full investigation and a full refund. Parcels2go have a bad reputation and it's been highlighted by other resellers lately. Their attitude stinks

Parcel2Go.com Parcel delivery (P2G104332574)

I do not have an account with Parcel2Go, I am a customer of a company who is using your courier service. I am still awaiting delivery of a parcel which, according to your tracker, should have been delivered to me on 25th June. It has been "in transit" since 21st June. Could you please look into this as a matter of urgency. Please don't advise me to contact the sender for him to contact you as he is the account holder and I'm not; I have already done this twice, and all he has received is a standard auto response that "it is being investigated".

Desired outcome: Delivery of my now long overdue order.

I posted an item with parcels2 go who use Hermes to send out my item which was a ladies white stuff coat. However my item was never was not lost or damaged but had been stolen by somebody who works at Hermes as the recipient of my parcel received random items in the parcel plus another parcel they belong to another Hermes customer (this would only be possible for somebody who actually works for Hermes to do) I have managed to find this customer through social media so I am sure that they are breaking some GDPR rules. Despite me bringing this up with parcel2go they have stated because I did not take out insurance for the item being lost or damaged they will not do anything however my counter argument is that this item was obviously stolen so this is a criminal matter that be should investigate. As I wasn't aware that I had to pay for insurance that covered internal theft. If theft is happening internally within Hermes then surely they should be an investigation about this.

Parcel2Go.com Lost item and then returned with missing parts

P2G95597242 sent on 18th October (a golf trolley)

The parcel was flagged as lost so the buyer was refunded and I waited to be credited. In the meantime the parcel got redelivered to me (PE10 0EL) rewrapped and with another label on it. Thankfully, I know the Hermes delivery driver so he was able to inform me that it was on its way back to me-strangely Parcel2go told me it had been delivered to the buyer.

On unwrapping it to check it I noticed that the battery had been removed, therefore it is unusable and unsellable again. I complained through Parcel2go that it had been damaged and tampered with and they said it was because the battery was a prohibited item-yet it was not noted as being the reason for it going missing and only mentioned when I said about the missing battery. Going back to Hermes they said it went missing and no record about it being destroyed (the whole thing should have been destroyed if that is the case)

They were due to call me back 3 days ago and have not. I just don't seem to be getting a resolution and cannot speak to anyone directly, live chat just seems to pass me on passively.

There is most certainly foul play here as far as the tampering is concerned.

I would like them to either refund me or return the battery-equally a transcript of what happened because they definitely took the most expensive part and returned the useless bit!

Parcel2Go.com Missing items

Dear P2G,

I took out a contract with you to ship my item on the 19th May 2021, due to a recipient error the item was destined to be returned to sender.
The item has since been missing and has not been returned additionally no contact has been made by you or the courier service DPD to keep me informed, I have had to continually chase you up for updates.
Even now, I am still being given excuses and asked to wait even though the 8 weeks that you suggested has now been surpassed.
I have insured my item at additional cost for its full value of £90.00, I therefore want to claim against this insurance policy.
I have been extremely patient with both P2G and DPD and it is only right that you now fulfilled your contract and refund me against this missing item.
I look forwards in hearing from you in due course.

Desired outcome: Refund against the insurance taken out for the value of the item.

Parcel2Go.com Inability to track a HERMES parcel from UK to Australia. On 19 May I purchased a parcel label at Best One shop in our village.

Paid £16 for a parcel from UK to Australia on 19 MAY. Took parcel in to Best One shop on 20 MAY, HERMES receipt P4672318 refers. I am getting strange texts saying I owe money and also, even stranger, that the parcel has been delivered on 24 May? No way, in under 4 days to Aussie? I phone Aussie, NO PARCEL delivered. I am unable to convert the 8 digit alphanumeric to a 16 digit number as the Hermes system requests. The guy at the drop shop, Best One Ystradgynlais, says he's unable to do anything to help. Yet HERMES site says to contact the drop shop. Hello? Am I missing more than a parcel here? So, to summarize; I paid up front for a parcel which no longer exists? Kindly assist with this issue, after all, you recommend Hermes. Thanks, Jacquie Cheney,

Parcel2Go.com charge for insurance cover

I arranged for a next day delivery of a sewing machine and opted for extra insurance as the value is over your basic rate.
I was charged a grand total of £133 for insurance and delivery. My parcel was collected that evening

The following day I received an email telling me that my sewing machine was not covered by your insurance and if I wanted to change the delivery I could do so prior to pick up.

There was no mention of sewing machines being exempt from insurance cover when I booked the collection and delivery. Also the email arrived too late to make any changes.

Parcel2Go.com Non delivery of parcel and dismissal of claim

I sent a parcel from Manchester UK with you on 1st February 2021 (P2G85241363), the parcel was collected, left depot on 2 Feb, held at hub, parcel label applied, then relabeled and out for RTS on 3 Feb, on the 4 Feb it was confirmed at depot and out for delivery, still on the 4 Feb it was collected by DPD driver and then returned to depot. On the 5 Feb it was out for delivery then 'delivered', then returned to depot (I suppose they went back and took the parcel off the recipient?) then on the 6 Feb it was still at the depot and yet again RTS where the farce halts... I opened a claim on the 5 Feb because I could see what was happening, this has just been refused without explanation, I was even emailed about the decision and no grounds for the refusal were given, nothing. By the tracking alone you can see how badly at fault you were and you have taken my money and goods and just kept the lot without a bit of guilt or bother. This is very wrong and it needs to be righted.
Please look into my case again,
