Paragon Migration Document Clearing Services review: Service 2

Hi Everyone

As the subject cited above I'm here to highlight the true color of Paragon Migration Agency Dubai, Business Bay, Single Tower.

I unfortunately registered my application with this Agency for Canada work permit on 2019 with registration fee of Aed 4200 (which is fully refundable according to the contract). They conduct fake phone call interviews' 2 to 3 times (that is also after my frequent request and approach) but no single feedback.

In short, after getting extremely annoyed and frustrated from their irresponsible services I stopped my application on 14th September 2021 and according to the contract agreement I was supposed to received my refund money of Aed 4000 (excluding VAT) after 6 month i.e. after 14th of March 2022, I received so many emails regarding rescheduled date of my refund money since then, so they have been just sending email of rescheduled refund date every time just 3 to 4 days before the previous due date, as a result it has now been almost 2 years and I didn't receive my refund amount till today.

I hope there are many other victims facing similar issue with this Agency so, I would request if anyone can give solution to this problem and the way to get back my refund money.

One more thing that surprised me is that, during my last visit to the Agency one of the ladies (consultant) said "we will not give your refund money complain to whoever you want" how can she said so, are these kind of Agencies free to run fake business agencies and keep on cheating people like this? her statement really let me think what if I raised a complaint and nothing happen to them.
