After collecting and storing my recipes with Paprika, I lost the data. When reaching out to customer support, they answered by stating I needed to log in using my key code. I followed the instructions, and my recipes were still missing. I've reached out to them several times since, and crickets. After several years of storing my recipes and family favorites, this is quite disappointing. I would expect more from a paid subscription.
