This company, EZ Texting, doesn't give a darn if you break the Federal Law. The sales folks will straight up tell ya to add all your customers without even thinkin' twice about it. Let me tell ya, every single EZ text I've dealt with (and I've dealt with three of 'em) has flat out lied to me. They're just full of it, I tell ya.

EZ Texting is a company that I would strongly advise against using. They have a tendency to take your hard-earned money without providing any sort of valid phone number for customer service. This company, EZ Texting, is absolutely terrible. They allow spammers to send you countless annoying texts, even if you're on the DO NOT CALL list like me. I'm writing this review as a consumer who has received spam from customers of eztexting.com (from some "event promotion service" that I did not sign up for). At least with email spam, you can mark it as spam and in theory not have to deal with anymore unwanted emails. However, with text message spam, it's very unclear (at least to me) how to block them. I tried responding with text messages saying "remove" and "don't text me anymore" but the only one I could get to work was "unsubscribe." The problem is, there are no instructions in the text message on how to block them. This should be fixed and is not consumer friendly.

He even set us up with a keyword, which he claimed was absolutely free. Little did we know, their sales representatives resold our keyword to others using the same number! As a result, we started receiving all sorts of random and confusing texts from people outside our target area. It was a real head-scratcher at that point, let me tell you.

To make matters worse, we organized an event where we proudly displayed a banner encouraging attendees to "text to donate." Well, guess what? The whole thing turned out to be a big flop. None of the patrons were able to make it work, and we were left scratching our heads once again. Frustrated, I reached out to their so-called "tech support" for help. But let me tell you, they were about as useful as a broken pencil. They claimed they couldn't figure out the issue unless we provided them with all the potential new numbers that people used to text in. Seriously? No refund for the credits I already got, but if I buy more credits, they gonna refund those plus a little bit of my current credits. Now, ain't that just plain ridiculous? Why in tarnation would I have to buy more credits just to get a refund for the ones I already bought? It don't make no sense to me.
