Panera Bread

My niece and I have eaten at the White Bridge Road, Nashville, TN every Saturday for last 3-4 months. The food is always good. Today, we ate at the Old Hickory Blvd, Brentwood, TN location and the food was disgusting. It was 10:45, no one in front of us but a large HS team ordered after us. The grill cheese plus turkey was cold, the slices of cheese were still separated..one side toasted, the other was not. The macaroni and cheese was so cold, the cheese had dried to the pasta. We took the steak and arugula sandwich to go. The bread was broken from the utensil used to spread a tiny bit of cream cheese, no pickled onions, no meat on one side... for $35+ dollars, it's a complete disappointment and i'm not sure if we will go back.
