Palmetto Waste and Recycling review: My desire is that no customer be treated in this manner or gypped out of services they paid for

Have been calling for new trash can for over a year. I will include pictures. Have payed them in full till Oct. I personally called 5 times this month alone (9/2, 9/5, 9/11-on this date was promised new can if she had to bring it herself, called again on 9/14, this was the day before pick up to remind her that I knew Friday was pick up day and if I did not hear back I would assume she would no longer need my business. Picked up trash on 9/16, left the very same trash can. I called back and got voice mail so I responded to her message about being patient that I had been patient enough never got a response back on Thursday. It was only after I called on Friday that she responded by telling me she knew I had better things to do with my time than to harass her and that I could do whatever in the h… I wanted to and hung up on me. Would not take my calls or let me go to voicemail. Blocked my number. They came today and picked it up did not leave another not to mention I’ve already paid them for this month. Trucks breaking down, sometimes wouldn’t pick it up for that week and if they did they would pick it up on trailer pulled behind a truck with no tarp. I never called to complain, never got credit when they missed it and still have 2 weeks left that I paid for. It had no top with cracks on both sides which was a nuisance. Flies and bugs gather around the trash can, water collecting in it. It was only when I got persistent that she flipped. They had to come under my carport to pick up the can.
