I have been a member for over 15 years. I freeze my account yearly just to keep the membership level the same for the same price. This year my credit card had switched which caused my frozen charged amounts not to be taken out. When I went in to unfreeze it, on my 2nd visit back in, I was notified of the issue. Once the charges were cleared up and I went to tan I'm then notified that I can not tan in the bed that I have for years and years. I'm also told that I have never tanned in that bed. Let me point out again, I have went to the same location for multiple years and now being told by someone that has been there less than a year that I have never used that bed. I've tried to clear the membership issue up with her twice now with no resolution.
Desired outcome: for my membership level to be correct- I have always had the option to tan in all the beds but now I have limitations
