Palm Beach County School District Employee – Dolphin tale video for my class

I have been charge $69.70 and I don't know the reason I have been charged that amount. I want this problem be resolved immediately. I know I have ordered Dolphin Tale video and the total cost of the video I was charged, was $24.00. Then I happened to be checking my Gold Coast Federal Union Bank account, I noticed that GOOGLE Youtube Mountain View has charged me a total amount of the above mentioned amount.
