ytd pro 2 yr subscription that I paid for
I brought on line from Paddle.net the
YTD PRO 2 year subscription with a card ending in 9546 on Nov. 20, 2021.
I paid $47.76 for it. I contacted Paddle and was sent to a different link to write a message. When I would put in my email address and then to do it on a second line it kept erroring me that bit was not the same. I did this over and over and I was not able to send the message. That I wanted a refund of the product. Then I saw that there is a great deal OF COMPLAINTS OF THIS Company.
Please try to help me.

Wrongful deduction from card
They deducted a amount which I never authorised from my card.Now I am trying to reach them but not helping.
They charged INR 2, 246, I never authorised them to deduct any amount.

Unauthorized/inaccurate price charge
Am at a loss of what to say at this point. I was looking to try this service from paddle.net at the lowest plan they had available, which should of been around 30.00$ maximum. As soon as I got the confirmation email, the email went on to say my account was charged 150.00$. As soon as I noticed what had just happened, I immediately contact customer support and requested to have the service cancelled and refunded. Literally less than 24 hours. I was told to visit their website and use their chat service. Which is not a real person. The original transaction was on october seventh. It is now october 19th and I still have not received any real response, resolution, or customer support. The way the information is displayed is very confusing and misleading. The prices were inaccurate. I never once used the service and am actually even unable to use the service, which I found out after the fact and the money was already taken from my account. This is the biggest scam and case of fraud I have ever experiemced in my life. They took an unauthorized amount out of my bank account and it is impossible to get in contact with anyone. No response. Just email after email of being sent to the chat, then being told the contact support, who tells me they will send me to billing. Sending me in circles. So I was charged for a service that I cannot and have not used once. They messed up all my finances and since I am on a biweekly pay period, the money that they charged me is gone and now im paying fees because of a missed car insurance payment... Which I need to have a license to drive. This experience has blown my mind and I will be filing a formal complaint and requesting an investigation.

Last May I contacted Paddle.net in order to help me retrieve some information from my old phone. Nothing was every solved and I couldn’t get in touch with them. On their website I continued to be sent to the free trial page. So I asked Chase Bank to reverse the charge. I was given a case number; in the meantime, the money was returned to my checking account. Some weeks later, I was told that everything had been take care of. It was determined that this company was a fraud.
I never expected to hear from this company again. However, this month(August), while looking at my bank statement, there was a charge Paddle.net. Get this, along with the illegally making a $38 charge, the amount was set to repeat every month! Once again, I contacted Chase Bank and the amount was returned to my checking account. However, this time, it was suggested I get a new debit card. Now this company has no problem digging up old debt card numbers. This company is a total scam! So if you have done business them in the past, I suggest you keep an eye on your checking account. Because one day, when you least expect it, there might be a change from Paddle.net!
Fraudulent charge
I have a charge of $83.95 on my credit card for Dec. 16. I did not order anything from this company and I want a refund. I am turning to the fraudulent people at Chase and will dispute this amount. Give me a refund now.
Don't tell me this is too short. Just give me a refund for the charge of $83.95 you charged me as it was never authorized by me.

I have been charged of $ 29,95 on my credit card and I never use that company or paid any service by internet. They Hacked my credit card. I ll go to the Police this afternoon on Wednesday 9th december if they do not stop and refund me.
Is it a way to earn money by stolen people ? I am very upset and if nothing is done today I am going to complain to the Police!

I went to a site and didn't realize I was redirected. My intention was to order white pages to find out whose numbers have been calling me however now I have a 67.26 bill on november 20th and the customer service person is of no help and i've provided so much information.
This is a corrupt site and I am very angry. I want my refund and am going through the right steps to rectify this however to no avail.

It looks like Paddle.Net is part of Paddle.Com out of NY NY/ A complaint to the District Attorney and the NY Attorney General may be of service to you. I know the amount may not be hig but a crook is a crook and they have not stopped. A small claims action may alos wake then up but they us a Process serving company called CT Corp at 28 Liberty NYNY 10055
