Pacific Inn / aka Fountana Hotel Group review: injury

in July I went to a Medical Conference hosted by Vitality Medical Centres of U.S.A. head office Atlanta out of the Pacific Inn on King George Hwy . Surrey, B.C. and a subsidary of Fountana Hotel Group in Richmond B.C.
In July the conference was hosted by Dr. Chris of Vitality Medical Centre and I was knocked off balance by the fast closing front door and Dr. Chris went to the front desk and demanded the door be fixed or held open as the conference was for people with various medical problems.
I lodged a complaint as well and was offered a free night which I refused.
In October the conference was reheld and of course I never gave the faulty door a second thought and entered behind 2 guests I was talking to and the door slammed shut on my left leg . knocking me off balance and laying flat on my back with my keys, and purse tossed all about.

The Doctor of the meeting helped me. I went to the front desk, my hands bleeding and knees and had to demand a "incident report" the Doc. came to the desk and said to the head desk person that he witnessed and gave tthe time. the doctor also told me in front of the desk he would make sure I made it to the meeting. that was being held.
In total I lost $12, 000 in Medical treatment and wages. The hotel is refusing and liability. at all and ignoring me.
