Good Morning,

I contacted the Customer Support via chat and email yesterday, 7/5/23, regarding bonus money that was in my account that was "released" yesterday afternoon. After inquiry it was explained to me that bonus money expires after 7 days. While I understand that process, there is nowhere that it is documented in the system that tracks bonus money and tells a user when it will expire. I received bonus money on June 28, June 30, July 1 and July 4, and there is no where that this is tracked to tell me when these bonus amounts expire and how much of each one I had "spent". Yesterday afternoon I lost $190.75 of bonus money without any indiciation or way to check on when it was going to expire. I was told via chat and email that it is a known fact that the bonuses should reflect under active bonuses and the system is not working correctly, this is not my fault and I should not be penalized. A screenshot of My Bonuses pages which provides no information on the status of My Bonus money is attached. Copies of the email and chat are available, however they are in a PDF format and cannot be attached below.

Desired outcome: I would like the $190.75 bonus money returned to me and a reasonable amount of time to use it.
