OXO.com Disappointing Experience with OXO

I purchased a 10 Cup Oxo coffee maker around five months ago, hoping for a quality product. Unfortunately, the coffee maker died after only five months, right after the return window had closed. This experience was extremely disappointing, especially considering the high price of the product. I have since switched back to a more affordable alternative, realizing that price does not always equate to quality. It's disheartening when a well-known brand like OXO fails to deliver on expectations.
