I signed up with Ox Care March the 26th for my 2013 Mercedes Benz. I called them to get the status of my warranty. They gave me such a miserable had time. They said that I owned a Chevy. They said I was renewing a policy, Finally they couldn’t find my policy. They were very talkative and unprofessional. So I requested a refund immediately. In the 8th of April they charged me again. Instead of paying me my refund. I called them the day before the 8th to request my refund and the next day.. They started talking a lot of nonsense and they proceeded to tell me it will take 15 to. 30 days to get my refund.. Now here it is May the 23rd. I have not received my refund yet. it had been in ver thirty days. We should be able to trust Ox Care but can’t. So why would I pay for a warranty with them.?
Desired outcome: I need my refund I work honestly for my money. If I choose not to have Ox Care warranty then my money should be returned.
