Ox Car Care review: Refunding my unused portion of their fraudulent contract
I purchased a contract 05/28/2024 for 60 months/ 100000-mile ext. warranty, due to expire 06/27/2029. I canceled the warranty 04/01/2026 due to selling the covered automobile. The amount was $5,058.00 dollars.
Paid it off early 02/2026 3 months early. the mileage was 72,277, which is 27,723 short of 100,000, and 39 months short of 60 months. They refused to render my pro-rated refund by lying on their finance company (MEPCO). I called MEPCO and they said that's not true OX CAR CARE has to authorize the refund and they will issue it. It's all a SCAM and they are the worst, most fraudulent company in total BREACH of contract.
Claimed loss: Pro-rated refund for the remaining Time (39 months)/ miles (27,277). They should not be allowed to be in business.
Desired outcome: Sent me my money (refund) that's due to me, by honoring their contract
