Outback Steakhouse - Poor food/worst service

I order take out on February 28 at 5:20 was advised my two dinners, one sirloin steak, chicken loaded baked potato with blue cheese salad. Would be Ready at 5:50 was there at 5:40. I went inside attendant asked name and said park at curbside parking.

Wife order the Salmon dinner with a nice sauce, rice and a Caesar salad. Told person on phone Scott would be picking up.

I waited until 6:00 pm was told they did not know where it was.

They went back and said they found it under wife’s name not mine!

Brought it out at 6:10, it was all Cold. They asked if I wanted it re done. I said please. I finally go my meal at 6:30.

When home my steak was burnt chicken dry over cooked LOADE POTATO WAS ONLY WRAPPED IN FOIL NOT CUT NOT LOADED.

MY wife’s salmaon over cooked and no sauce.

I think they just placed the old food on the grill and cooked everything to dry and over cooked. I called manager and he seemed put off.

This was in Fayetteville North Carolina

Filed a previous complaint no email or phone call it’s been four days.

Wife was told would be ready at 5:45. I was parked at

Desired outcome: Worst manager, and food and service.I believe we deserve our fifty dollars back and an apology
