Priority Health used to have a fantastic and helpful OTC service, but in 2023, they partnered with this catastrophe. I guess it's one way to save money. If customers of your health plan can't access the services you promote, then Priority Health doesn't have to pay. What a scam. At the first chance I get, I will switch my health plan and make sure to inform everyone I know that this is a complete joke. I wouldn't even give this place a single star; it deserves negative stars.

Now, it won't allow me to submit my review without proof of purchase. Funny, isn't it? The problem is that it wouldn't let me make a purchase in the first place.

I was assigned a customer service agent named Catherine Arguellas, who unfortunately turned out to be quite unhelpful and rude. In our email exchanges, she repeatedly accused me of being a liar and claimed that I simply didn't like the device. It was frustrating because she refused to listen to my concerns and instead adopted a condescending attitude.

Throughout the return process, Catherine bombarded me with multiple emails, some of which contained threatening remarks. She made it clear that I would only receive a refund if the product was still in its original packaging. Despite my repeated requests for her to stop contacting me and simply process the refund, she continued to be rude and unprofessional.

On July 31st, I received one final email from Catherine, in which she accused me once again of being a liar. To add insult to injury, she stated that I would only be refunded 50 percent of the original amount. This kind of behavior from a customer service agent is completely unacceptable.

It's disheartening to see that otcwholesale.com has such negative customer service reviews. If they continue to allow Catherine to treat customers in such a disrespectful manner, they will undoubtedly lose business. It's important for companies to prioritize good customer service, as it directly impacts their reputation and customer loyalty.

I placed an order on September 7, 2021 for shampoo with the SKU number OTC***443. I bought 13 bottles at a price of $2.84 each, which came to a total of $40.11. I used PayPal to make the payment, and the order went through smoothly without any issues. However, I had some questions and needed to contact their customer service. Unfortunately, despite trying for three days, I received no response from them. I called multiple times between the hours of 7 am and 4 pm EST, but still, no one answered. I had to leave a message, but even then, I didn't receive any response.

To my surprise, I eventually received an email stating that my order had been canceled because the product was out of stock. This notification came after I had already placed the order, which was quite frustrating. When I went to check the reviews of this company, I found that many other customers had similar experiences. It seems that poor communication, shipping problems, and issues with coupons are common complaints among their customers. I wonder how they manage to stay in business with such problems.

I reluctantly gave them a rating of 1, although I didn't want to give them any rating at all. This was my first and last time ordering from them. Interestingly, when I revisited their website, I noticed that the price of the shampoo I wanted had increased to $4.48 per bottle. It seems like they have changed their prices since my order. So, my husband and I decided to order some items from OTC Wholesale and paid for it using PayPal. We eagerly awaited the arrival of our package, but it never showed up when it was supposed to. Concerned, my husband called them up to inquire about the whereabouts of our order. Can you believe what they said? They claimed that they had no record of our order and even denied receiving any payment, despite providing us with a transaction number. They had the audacity to suggest that we check our PayPal account for any evidence. Lo and behold, PayPal hadn't even charged us yet!

My husband, frustrated with their incompetence, requested them to cancel the order if it ever did arrive. They assured him that they would give us a call if the payment went through, but guess what? They never bothered to follow up. Now, you must understand that during this whole ordeal, I had just been discharged from the hospital after undergoing a quadruple bypass surgery. I was in a fragile state, and my life was hanging by a thread. Naturally, we had more pressing matters to attend to, so we let the issue slide.

Occasionally, we would check our PayPal account, and out of the blue, one day we noticed a charge from OTC Wholesale. By the time I had regained enough strength to tackle this matter head-on, it was too late to dispute their fraudulent billing. Can you believe the nerve of these people? They took advantage of my vulnerable state and got away with it.

Let me tell you, even if OTC Wholesale were the last company on Earth, I would rather go without my desired product than risk being scammed by them again. They have proven themselves to be untrustworthy and deceitful, and I wouldn't wish their terrible service on anyone.
