I order the bracelet in June 2022 and was instructed by one of your phone reps to cancel it and reorder due to the delay. I did in July 2022. I still did not receive the item nor heard anything from your company. I called a couple of times and got conflicting information about the order status. I called again and was told that someone from the control department will be reaching out within 24 hours. Then I received a text message that the order was canceled. I called back and was told that it was canceled under the customer request. I then spoke to a supervisor who replaced the order. Still no real answer as to why I’ve gone through so much and don’t have the item
