Optimize Enterprises review: No access upon payment completed

I have subscribe on "Brian Johnson's Optimal Living Program - Optimize Membership", Sep 19, 2021, I was charged and I don't have access.
In my account, it is totally without information. I cannot cancel my account and the subscription of my credit card.
I tried to contact you by email and I am not receiving any proper answer. "Charlie" who is replying me, just sends me some sort of automatic reply and is not looking at what I am writing.
I wrote two emails and she takes 5 days to answer each of my email.
Today, Sep 28, 2021, I still don't have a solution.
I want my refund!
