Optima Tax Relief review: They do the bare minimum

I started using optima in 2020 do to a dependency audit, it has now been almost 5 years since we started and they still have not accomplished anything, and my bill has doubled in total. Im on 3 different teams each do not talk to each other nor have any idea what the other teams are doing. Every person you talk to has the same ambitions as the people working at walmart, to where anything that requires any effort from them will be followed with "its not necessary" "you dont need to do that" or my personal favorite "thats a different team they will have to call you back a different day" I have even had a employee deny me access or the option to speak with a manger. So after 5 years of being stuck, this company has been of no help, I do not feel like things are getting better, and they are not even able to lower my bill. So for $4k, 5 years they simply made it worse in every way possible
