Optima Tax review: Eliminate or reduce my capital tax gains for 2021

Talked to Agent Hector and signed up with their word they could either eliminate or reduce my capitol tax gains of $31,000 for a fee of $5000.00 but instead all they offered me was a total payback agreement with the IRS for 400 to 500 a month.

I called the IRS myself and set up an agreement for 200 a month so Optima Tax did absolutely nothing for me and I asked for a refund and they offered me 600 dollars back. Then some lady named Sofia offered me 1,500.00 back and I tried to negotiate half of what I gave them and she said "well she just closed the case right then and there and treated me very disrespectful

Seems like they scammed me pretty good

I would not trust this company as they are just real young kids acting as case agents with little or no experience and with no legal degrees in fighting for you against the IRS
