I am trying to register WhatsApp with this number i bought and my verification code hasn’t yet been sent what kind of service you running on here I am so tired been waiting for my verification code for WhatsApp like days, this is why I don’t trust this kind of internet numbers, before I purchase this number and app I listened to everything you guys said about the app and now boom it giving me problems already please read this and tell me why my WhatsApp verification code haven’t been sent still because i can’t purchase something so expensive and it a lie

This is a horrible service that cannot even explain how you pay for it. Do you buy a number for a year for $100 or do you use coins like an 8 year old playing a video game? Who knows? Don't give your number out because they will randomly cancel your number without telling you. If you wonder why your phone isnt ringing it's because they deactivated your number without telling you. And if ou complain they tell you "just get a new number." Also, their answer to everything is to give you more "coins" although I have asked 4 times whether I need to pay AND use coins and no one will answer me. CUstomer servie will engage with you, but they won't actually help, and will simply stop responding if you ask a question they don't have a canned response for. This app had promise but is actually horrible, do not buy or you will regret it

It’s been a a very bad experience dealing with this app. I’ve spend some money in a Bussiness I tried using this app as a spare number however I’m going on a month long wait with nothin solved. Please help me I’ve asked for their help countless times and all they say is to wait or if I would like they can change my number. However that number I’ve branded all ready as part of the Bussiness so it’s a horrible feeling having to go threw all of this.

Absolute trash app. Bought 3 different numbers from Poland, Uk and Belgium to try to send text messages to someone in the USA none of them worked. Asked the support team to help and they suggested to get a UK or Belgium number since according to them Polish numbers do not support sms internationally still did not work.

We paid two OnPhone yearly accounts , years fee 200 dollars, and paid extra money for phone numbers in January 2023. But all both numbers was expired , it is so ridiculous. When we try to get new numbers of USA, there is no any numbers can be pick up, rest of countries are same situation , NO Phone Number!

Please return my money

It is just not as it seem to be. And thought that it would be of same like the international Additional WA number. It however does not work same way.. reached out to customer service on teh apps through text and been over a day never heard anything.. would not recommend anyone to get into this false perception through their marketing

Kindly restore to previous version please. I can’t make calls out from iPhone since I updated the app today the 30th April 2022. It was working fine since 3 months ago. I paid for one year plan and have been using it until I decided to update the app this morning and after then I can’t make calls. The call will automatically drop once I dial any number. Help please

I wanted a virtual phone number for a country I don’t currently reside in, but need a number for. Paid everything upfront, only then to be required to show proof of address… totally defeats the point of a virtual number. If you lived in the country you’d just get a regular sim. Requesting an immediate reimbursement for not having this disclosed at time of purchase.

App not worth it.

I saved up my coins for a while and bought a number 2 months ago and used it for sms verification and texting and that worked. But when I didn’t have enough credits back I couldn’t renew it with my credits now. Nowadays when I buy a number and try to get verification codes or send a text it won’t receive and send at all and just wasted my patience and coins. Worst texting app by far. Thanks

I can’t make calls anymore nor send texts….after extending and getting more coins. I can only receive calls or text why ? What’s going on i can’t be wasting money on Apply pay while I have loose 2 numbers that day way.
I have been unable to call having unfinished subscription waste cause the number is no longer valid.
It’s so heart breaking and frustrating spent over 120 dollars in a month why ?

They make it very difficult to understand. You have to pay one fee for the service itself and another fee to keep renewing the number. I don’t know why they don’t just make it one fee. What’s the point of the service without the phone number? And they don’t have anywhere to get your questions answered. You can only text them for answers and so obviously you can get a different answer every time.

I clicked on an Israel number and it gave me the option to get the number for free if I purchase a subscription. I paid $99 for a year subscription, and after I paid the system would not give me the number unless I purchased additional coins. I asked support for a refund only an hour after I purchased the subscription and they ignored me and did not respond. Reported to Apple as a scam. STAY AWAY!

I had a phone number I really like for sometime. Then I’m told it won’t work anymore. I have to renew after you renew your lose your phone number then they prop to get you a new one as you get a new one you’ll have to subscribe again they will tell you your number is expired, if I could write this app any lower, I would my recommendation to stay away! They will rip you off! I have already canceled!

Downloaded and worked well. But the set up DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO TURN OFF AUTO RENEW! So I used the help text and asked “.how do I turn off auto renew?” An automate reply said expect help within 2-3 days! Terrible service leaving users unknowing and unhelpful. Shame because it’s a useful app giving you choice of a second phone number instantly. But without adequate support or ability to auto renew it is unacceptable.

I used their service for a month and immediately i topped my balance to renew, the app stopped working and I contacted support, they keep giving me fake promises that it will be resolved. Today i got the alert to update to the new version where all works fine but nothing, now the app doesn’t open up at all. I don’t recommend this service. I will keep on hoping they deliver because they already have my money for a plan they never delivered.

You pay $99 for a yearly subscription and you still get daily nag pop ups to check in for more credits. (It’s not unlimited use for your $99) Then today when I went to use the app, it tells me that my number has expired(?) and I have to choose a new one. Ok fine, I’m not married to that number. When I go to choose a new number no number comes up for me to choose from despite attempting to pick from several different area codes. Ridiculous. Canceled my subscription today.

I was very excited at first and planed to use this for my business. I went ahead to pay for subscription of the whole year, thinking that I would use the phone number on a long-term basis. However, after one month, the number EXPIRED!? because of this, I miss business! As I requested for a refund, the developer asked me to contact Apple. Now I not only did not get my refund, and the phone number is still inactive! What a terrible App. Don’t waste your money and risk your business!
