Old Mutual Burgersfort Mall review: People who benefit from us by joining policies under our names must be dealt with

(2 march 2022) I always get very bad customer service from old mutual burgersfort mall and old mutual as a whole, they wil join policies under your name and deduct money from your account for policies you know nothing about and that you have never joined, when you go to old mutual burgersfort to get help u will be there for 3hours while they help their friends and busy laughing and just talking, it sucks because last time I canceled another life cover that I never joined and today I am here again to cancel another policy again that I did not join and worst part I get charges from the bank if the debit order bounces because I am nolongr using the bank they deduct money from, I only use it sometimes and also for my savings, I am tired of coming here to delete policies that I did not join and have to wait for hours to get help, so now I have been here since 13:13 and now it's 14:52 I am still seated without help.
